Tratamiento de manchas
Las manchas están compuestas por una hiperpigmentación de las áreas donde hay aumento de las células de la melanina y a veces tiene un componente que puede ser el melasma o cloasma en esos casos se evalúa también la parte hormonal que debe regularizarse y posteriormente se realizan varios tratamientos y lograr el resultado deseado.
Tratamientos
Para el tratamiento se puede utilizar de inicio crema despigmentantes. Existen cremas que tienen ácidos frutales, cómo por ejemplo ácido kójico ácido y mandélico vanilmandélico, algunas veces tiene mezcla de ellos y se utilizan para tratamientos de manchas. Existen otras sustancias en formas de crema que sirven para ese tratamiento, por ejemplo acetónido de fluocinolona, hidroquinona, tretinoína, excipiente.
Hay peelings fuertes como en el dermamelan y cosmelan. También tratamientos integrales como toskani. Se inicia con peelings muy suaves se realiza el mesojet gun que es una máquina que abre los poros de la piel y permite que penetre el medicamento y posteriormente cierra los poros. Se realiza una dermoabrasión superficial. Posteriormente se le da también tratamientos con ampollas que se utilizan en casa para mantener el resultado. Por supuesto que se tiene que usar un filtro o bloqueador solar para que las manchas no aparezcan.
Recuperación
Después de realizarse un tratamiento en el resto probablemente note algo de enrojecimiento e hinchazón, esta irá bajando con el paso de los días.
Es importante cuidar la piel con protector solar, hidratante y un buen jabón y no aplicar maquillaje luego del procedimiento.
